Delivery and Warranty Policy All products will be delivered within 10 working days, free of delivery charge, subject to availability and the order value having been fully paid. We will contact you if there is a delay in delivering within this period.
This service is subject to a minimum order value of £50.00 and can only be provided to postcodes within the M25 border. After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm a day we can deliver. We offer morning (8 am to 12.30 am) or afternoon slots (12.30 pm to 5.30 pm), and occasionally evening slots (after 5.30 pm).
Your winter fuel order will be delivered to your doorstep by our own lorries. Please note that due to the company's Health and Safety Policy, we cannot deliver up flights of stairs such as in blocks of flats.
In this instance, you must make other arrangements for where the driver can leave your order (eg in a garage, behind a gate or with a neighbour). If the driver arrives and cannot deliver due to staircases, we will return the goods to the warehouse and make other arrangements with you. Big K Products Ltd retains the right to apply a charge for any subsequent delivery.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that there is a safe and suitable access area for the items to be delivered.
